Slap plugin - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/slap/ - Make it so only Ops can slap ranks in superior order. (EA - all / Chief Admin - Admins and down / Admin - Ops and down / Ops - Members / Retired Admins & Members - No one (RA's allowed only to be slapped by CA or EA.)

Fix Pex issue.

Configure roleplay chat to have an IC Local chat (range 25 blocks), an IC Shout chat (try /s) (range 50 blocks) an OOC local chat (try /b) (range 25 blocks) and an OOC shout chat (/sb) (range 50 blocks) (Try to make it have "(( ))" in the OOC chat. If not, don't do any OOC chats. Also /g for global.
