New plugins WIP list

We're going to need the Faction Chat plugin.

EA should be able to ban/kick/mute/(any other admin power) to Chief Admins, and Chief to Admin, and admin to OP, but not the other way around. (I.E. Chief banning EA)

Unlimited faction claim is set to be for Chief Admins +
/nick is set to be for Ops +

Slap plugin - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/slap/ - Make it so only Ops can slap ranks in superior order. (EA - all / Chief Admin - Admins and down / Admin - Ops and down / Ops - Members / Members - No one

Grief Log - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/grieflog/ - Make the tool of /glog tool a wooden pickaxe or an azure flower (choose which one)

Bloodmoon - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/bloodmoon/ - Make it so only Chief Admins + can start, stop, or schedule the next Bloodmoon.
